4.1.8 Viewing Abuse Report and Complaints

DooxMail list the Abuse Complaints and Reports sent by subscribers.

To view any Abuse Complaints or Reports from subscribers, follow the steps provided below:

1. On the left side menu click Campaigns > Abuse Complaints/Abuse Reports

2. Click Toggle the columns to toggle the columns based on campaign subscriber etc.

3. Click Refresh to refresh the list of Abuse Complaints/Abuse Reports.
